We currently do not offer returns for reasons such as dislike, change of mind, or personal preference, due to the nature of premium watches.

  • At the time of delivery please make a 6 Dimension Video of box and box opening video to ensure product Safety
  • If you request for Return we will not entertain with these videos 

Returns are accepted only in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damage during transit

In these cases, a replacement will be provided.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For orders above ₹10,000, a 10% advance is required.

If the shipment is refused or undelivered after being marked “Out for Delivery,” the 10% advance will be retained to cover:

● Forward shipping
● Reverse logistics
● Restocking charges

This applies only when delivery is refused without valid reason.

Exchange Policy

Manufacturing Defects
